My credit card rate doubled!

I have a washington mutual credit card, with a modest credit line. I admittedly ran into some credit trouble and slow payment times when at college, so I like to keep a bit of a balance on my card, hovering right around 30%. I have savings with ING Direct, making a pretty decent interest rate.

My Aunt Sydney told my mom about this website that is set up as a “donation” website, however, it goes one step further.
